Currently working as a Senior Research Associate at Upstox, Mumbai, where I have streamlined research processes, implemented various research methodologies, and taken lead in many research projects. My expertise includes conducting user interviews, creating discussion guides, moderating interviews, conducting usability testing, and using online software such as Google survey, Type-form, Airship, and Useberry (A/B testing, open analytics, card sorting, task analysis, interactive prototypes, wireframes, user flow, user journey, feature prioritization) etc.
