I’m a Senior UX Researcher working in complex, revenue-sensitive product environments primarily across fintech, stock markets, and payments. My focus is helping teams make defensible decisions under uncertainty, especially when retention, trust, and performance are at stake.
I have led Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, including structured NPS diagnostics, transforming sentiment tracking into a segmented retention strategy.
